Returns and Exchanges must be approved by Richporter Technology Inc. before they are shipped back and have a valid RMA number.
Richporter Technology Inc. distributes new parts. Any return of a used product would invalidate what we sell. And we therefore cannot accept a return/exchange of a used product.
 
Damages due to shipping should be taken up with the shipping company as well as reported to Richporter Technology Inc. in order to solve the issue.

Richporter Technology Inc. reserves the right, before and/or after receiving your product(s), to refuse any returns, exchanges and cancellations. You also agree that you will NOT be placing chargebacks (whether it be by VISA®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, or any other debit/credit card) against Richporter Technology Inc., and everything be delt with directly via Richporter Technology Inc.. Please remember all sales are final and we cannot accept returned merchandise, due to the simple fact that once we send your product out, we can NEVER AGAIN sell it as a NEW PRODUCT. It has technically now been USED, and we can no longer sell it; hence, we lose money. Richporter Technology Inc. reserves the right to charge all/every fee for violation of one of any of these policies. Please do not try to dispute them; they are out of our control. Richporter Technology Inc. also reserve EVERY and ALL rights, even and especially those not mentioned here in these terms and agreements.

In any case of approved returns/exchanges, shipping charges are NOT refundable. Please remember that shipping costs go to THIRD PARTIES, and not to Richporter Technology Inc., so please do not try and "argue" this because it is senseless to do so...Richporter Technology Inc. has no control over the shipping cost of products! Please be rational and read everything below!

CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All Sales are final and all products sold by Richporter Technology Inc. are sold "as-is" to the Buyer. Damages by Freight must be reported to be claimed against freight company. Any items REJECTED and sent back to shipper are not AUTHORIZED, unless it is approved by Richporter Technology Inc.. If the rejection of a package is not authorized, the buyer will be charged a 25% fee of the BASE price, seperate from the 20% restocking which may or may not be applied for cancelled orders (please refer to CANCELLATION/RETURNS section of terms and agreements).

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Damage may occur occasionally in transit. Shipments are NOT automatically insured by the carrier and insurance is NOT included on the standard freight quote. Customer must request freight insurance with their order. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the Freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, not it on the driver's bill and have him initial it and make a copy for your records. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. Richporter Technology Inc. under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

CANCELLATION/RETURNS:
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled or returned. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped. All other returns must be approved by Richporter Technology Inc. prior to being returned. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM Richporter Technology Inc. and must have an valid RMA number. All authorized returns must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items received after 10 days or without approval from Richporter Technology Inc. will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All returns must be in unused, unaltered, and unpainted condition. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packing (or better) if the original packing is no longer in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither Richporter Technology Inc. nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to Richporter Technology Inc.. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the returned shipment. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, Richporter Technology Inc. will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.

By submitting your creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials (your "submission") you grant Richporter Technology Inc.. a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation to you.

LIMITATION AND LIABILITY OF DISCLAIMER

Richporter Technology Inc.. makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the operation, contents, information, or materials contained therein. You agree that Richporter Technology Inc., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the Richporter Technology Inc. web site. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Richporter Technology Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Richporter Technology Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

JURISDICTION
You agree that any legal action brought against/from Richporter Technology Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on Richporter Technology Inc. shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Cook County in the State of Illinois.

RETURNS ON ALL OTHER ITEMS
Absolutely no returns after 10 days. All items sold are BRAND NEW and "as is." All rights reserved by Richporter Technology Inc. to accept or reject returns, only upon certain and specific conditions. All items subject to 15% restocking fee.
Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of products, under conditions of backorders etc. Richporter Technology Inc., like every other parts dealer and retailer does not hold in stock EVERY item sold, and are often ordered, if not found in the warehouse. No refunds on items that have been paid and ordered for customer. All rights reserved by Richporter Technology Inc..
